As a warm-up for DTW 2023, Huawei Software-department from the headquarter in Shenzhen, China, invited specially selected clients and business partners to a VIP conference and Welcome Dinner.

Based on the agenda, we planned the full day responsible for branding, setup, flow, catering, entertainment and livestream.

The conference was broadcasted in two sessions to clients all over the world who could interact with the presenters and a panel discussions during the event.

In the evening, 80 guests attended the welcome dinner party at Sukaiba at the 23rd floor of the venue. Premium food and drinks, a jazz band, photo booth and the stunning view from the top floor created a relaxed atmosphere to talk business during the dinner.
